Qualification:
Applicants
those who are applying for these posts should have B.Sc (Hons) Nursing/ B.Sc
(Post Basic) Nursing or Diploma in General Nursing with Midwife Training from a
recognized institute/ University, passed 10+2 with Biology or Science with
Multipurpose Health Workers Training Course from an Institution approved by
Haryana Government, 10+2 with Arts and candidates please refer official

qualifications.
Age Limit:
Applicants
those who want to apply for these posts their age should be in between 17 years
to 42 years. However the upper age limit relaxation will be given to SC/ OBC
(A, B), EBPG, SBC candidates as per rules, by 10 years to PH candidates and for
Ex-servicemen & others as per the rules.
Selection
Process:
Candidates
will be selected based on written examination/ interview.

are required to pay the application fee through Net banking or e-Challan in any
branch of State Bank of India, State Bank of Patiala, Punjab National Bank and
IDBI Bank after 48 hours of registration of online
application.
For Post no. 1 to 6:
Applicants
are required to pay the application fee of Rs. 150/- for Gen (Male/ Female),
Rs. 75/- for Gen (Female of Haryana resident only), Rs. 35 for male of SC/ BC/
SBC/ EBPG candidates of Haryana State only, Rs. 18/- for Female of SC/ BC/ SBC/
EBPG candidates of Haryana State only.
For
Post No. 7 to 16:
Applicants
are required to pay the application fee of Rs. 100/- for Gen (Male/ Female),
Rs. 50/- for Gen (Female of Haryana resident only), Rs. 25 for male of SC/ BC/
SBC/ EBPG candidates of Haryana State only, Rs. 13/- for Female of SC/ BC/ SBC/
EBPG candidates of Haryana State only.
