BSC / Diploma with 1+ years of experience in Lab having experience
in:-
Testing physical properties of different fabric, garments test
includes
Count. GSM, Yarn Size, Tensile strength test using Instron.
Abrasion test
by Martindale, Pilling test..etc
Testing Dimensional properties of different fabric & garments.
Calculation of Shrinkage or Growth, Torque, Side seam twist, Bow
& skewnes of fabric/garment after its laundering.
Performing Rain test, Oil repellency & Water repellency, Water
wicking, Water absorbency, Spray test, Soil release of different fabrics &
garments.
Testing of colorfastness of textile materials like color fastness
to Crocking, Bleaching , Laundering, Water, Sea water, Pool water,
Perspiration, Saliva, B.G. fumes, Ozone, Light, Heat, Chemicals, etc.
Performing the test like Phenolic Yellowing, Rug back staining,
Dye transfer to storage.
Evaluation of tested sample by gray scale.
